My name is Abhilasha and Inner Stack is a very literal expression of my life's workI’m an IIT & Harvard alum, and for over a decade I’ve innovated in high-pressure, high-ambiguity environments. Across roles, industries, and geographies, one pattern kept repeating:The hardest problems weren’t technical. They were human.To engage with the problem seriously I trained as an ICF coach and over the last two years, I’ve worked with 50+ professionals through 1:1 coaching and bespoke organizational work. It gave me patterns about what works, what doesn’t, and why most development efforts fail to stick.
